We read your review and we are both very sorry and very shocked to read about your experience with our lash and brow dye.
We are so upset to hear that the product you received had a gluggy consistency. Our lash and brow dye is normally a smooth easy-to-mix consistency. Our best guess is that the lid to one of the components could have not been sealed properly. This would be a manufacturing error and we are so sorry that you received a product like this.
Regarding the colour, we are not sure what happened as we can see that you ordered blue/black, and we do not manufacture a plain blue. If the colour came out too blue, we are incredibly sorry, this could be due to possible oxidisation of the product.
We believe in the high quality of our products and are more than happy to refund you for your initial lash and brow dye purchase and send you a replacement free of charge.
